Fermopoint is a service that allows you to collect your parcels at over 6,600 affiliated collection points across Italy.
It is a convenient and secure alternative to home delivery.
You can select the collection point directly during checkout, by entering the chosen Fermopoint as the delivery address.
The parcel can be collected within 3 days of its arrival, during the opening hours of the selected point.
Fermopoints are physical commercial establishments such as:
- Tobacconists
- Bars
- Newsagents
- Local shops

🏠 Home Delivery
The shipment will be delivered directly to the address provided at the time of the order.
🚚 Couriers Used
Shipments are made via:
- TNT
- BRT
during the purchase process, you can specify a different recipient.
All orders received by 1:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 1:00 PM from Monday to Thursday will be shipped the following day. Orders received after 2:00 PM on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
Orders are entrusted to the Express Courier within 24 hours (on working days).
Delivery times vary depending on the location and are on average 24/48 hours from shipment.
⚠️ Delays may occur near holidays or during periods of high demand.
For Islands and remote locations, delivery times may take a few extra days.
🌍 International Shipments
Delivery times depend on the destination country and are on average 5/7 working days from shipment.
The cost for Standard Shipping in Italy is € 3.90.
🚚 For orders over € 59.00, shipping is free.
The system will automatically apply free shipping once the threshold is met.
💵 Payment on delivery incurs an additional cost.
Once the order has been shipped, the courier will send a confirmation email containing the link to track the shipment in real time.
You will then be able to check the delivery status and know the estimated arrival date.
In the event of a request for the replacement of one or more products, the return shipping costs and the new shipping costs are borne by the customer.
To facilitate the procedure, we offer a home collection service at a cost of €7.50.
Once the return is received, we will issue a purchase voucher equal to the value of the returned products, net of the collection cost (€7.50), which can be used for a new order.
The shipping costs for the new order will be calculated according to the current sales conditions:
shipping is free for orders over €59.00.
All products are packaged with the utmost care to prevent damage during transit.
If the package appears visibly damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we invite you to:
- Refuse the shipment, or
- Accept the package by signing with "Specific reservation for inspection", clearly indicating that the package is damaged (e.g. "Damaged package", "Crushed package", etc.).
⚠️ It is important to always specify the reason for the reservation.
If the package is accepted without any reservation, the courier will not acknowledge any damage, and it will not be possible to proceed with claims or refund requests.
In case of a request for the replacement of one or more products, the return shipping costs for the goods and the new shipment are the responsibility of the customer.
To simplify the procedure, we offer a home collection service at a cost of €8.90.
Once the return is received, a purchase voucher equal to the value of the returned products, net of the collection cost (€8.90), will be issued, which can be used for a new order.

- Send an email to clienti@planethair.it with photos of the product you wish to return, including the packaging if present, indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund and await confirmation and acceptance of the return.
- Pack the products in such a way as to prevent any damage.

- Include a copy of the order in the package.
If you wish to ship with your trusted courier after the return is accepted, send the package with a trackable shipping method. Otherwise, communicate the days you wish for collection; the cost of 8.9 euros will be deducted from the refund.
If the above procedure is followed, we will credit the amount paid, excluding shipping costs, within 10 working days from the receipt of the goods (Article 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999)

If you have received an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing:
- Order number
- Name of the product received
- Photo of the product and label
We will promptly verify and arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
