ordering on planethair is simple. It is not necessary to register.

SEARCH FOR THE PRODUCTS First of all you have to browse the site to identify which products you want to order. When you have found a product that interests you, click on the product name to see its detail page. Here you will find more information about the product including availability.

ADD TO CART If you wish to order a product, click on the "Add to Cart" button on the right side of the product detail page.

PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE When you decide to purchase click on the "Checkout" button, you will enter the purchase procedure.

ENTER YOUR EMAIL The email you provide will be used to send you communications following your order.

ENTER YOUR DETAILS Enter your purchase and shipping data.

CHOOSE HOW TO PAY choose the preferred method.

CONFIRM check all the data shown (shipping data, products to purchase...) and confirm the order.

PRINT ORDER prints the order.

When you buy an item sold on Planethair.it you are buying from a company based in Italy, registered for VAT purposes in Italy which charges VAT.

Typically, a consumer does not need an invoice. To request assistance and warranty you can, in fact, keep the purchase receipt of your order.

If you still wish to request the issuance of the invoice, contact our Customer Service before the order is shipped, communicating your tax code. The invoice will be addressed to the address associated with the payment method and it will not be possible for us to address the invoice to a different name or address.

If you purchased as a consumer, you can print the purchase receipt by clicking on Order details .

If, on the other hand, you have registered your VAT number, you will receive the electronic invoice within approximately 7 working days of receiving the package.

We remind you that it will be possible to print the purchase receipt only for eligible orders after they have been shipped.

Important: We remind you that it is not possible to change the billing information or the contents of the receipt once the order has entered the shipping process.

CASH ON DELIVERY: cash on delivery, additional cost 3 euros, the courier does not accept bank checks (select the courier TNT, BRT not enabled)

BANK TRANSFER : we accept payment by bank transfer, following the order and preparation you will receive the data necessary for the bank transfer, the order will be processed with credit in an average of 1/2 working days.

PAYPAL : the credit card payment process is managed by Pay Pal, the payment method is protected and secure, the credit card data does not pass through our site but is managed directly by the Pay Pal service, once the procedure has been completed you will be redirected to the site Planethair.it

SHIPPING METHODS

Fermopoint is the service that allows you to collect your parcels from 6621 affiliated collection points throughout Italy. The costs in Italy for ordinary shipping are €3.99 (Italy). Over €49 in products purchased are free (the system automatically resets the shipping costs). Cash on delivery incurs additional costs .

Insurance : it is possible to insure the shipment at a cost of 1.5 euros. In case of damage, the order will be sent with another shipment and the damaged order will be collected free of charge.

RETURNS

Planethair guarantees reimbursement of the expenses incurred, with only the shipping/collection costs to be paid by the customer.

The right to withdraw referred to in this article is not granted to Buyers in the cases described in article 59 of the Consumer Code in the case of supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to health protection and are been opened after delivery. The product must be returned in the same undamaged and unused packaging, in the case of sealed products it must be sent without the seal applied by the manufacturer having been removed.

The right to withdraw referred to in this article is not in any case granted to Buyers in the case of Orders relating to Personalized Products.

Deadline for exercising the right of contractual withdrawal
The deadline within which the Buyer and/or the recipient of the Order can exercise the right of contractual withdrawal is 14 days from the date of receipt of the Order.

Shipping costs will be borne entirely by the Buyer and/or the recipient of the Order (art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 05/22/1999).

Planethair offers a collection service at a cost of 7.5Є otherwise the customer can use a shipping method they prefer as long as it is traceable.

if you wish to send with your trusted courier after accepting the return, send the package using a traceable shipping method, otherwise communicate on which days you wish to collect it, the cost of 7.5 euros will be deducted from the refund

In case of return for replacement of one or more products, the costs of returning the package and the new shipment are charged to the customer,

to facilitate the procedure, a collection service is provided at a cost of 7.5 Є,

upon return we will proceed with the registration of a discount voucher net of collection costs (7.5Є ) to be used for a new order,

the shipping costs of the new order will be calculated as per the conditions of sale, over 39Є free.
