How to use Light Scale Up To 9?

• Weigh 30g of Light Scale bleaching powder + 45ml of Developer 8.5/10/20/30 Vol + + 5ml of Lisaplex Bond Saver.
• Apply to hair.
• Leave on for a maximum of 60 minutes.
• Rinse thoroughly.
