Shipping costs

Free standard BRT shipping within Italy on product orders of €59 or more. Shipping rates within Italy:

  • BRT home delivery: €4.90 for orders below €59; free for orders of €59 or more.
  • TNT home delivery: €5.50 for orders below €59; €1.00 for orders of €59 or more.
  • BRT Point / Locker: the rate is shown at checkout for the selected collection point.
  • FedEx: the rate is calculated at checkout.
  • Cash on delivery: a surcharge is shown at checkout, where available.

Final rates, any exceptions for specific products or destinations, and other available services are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.

Shipping and delivery times

  • Italy: orders are shipped within 24 hours. Delivery times vary by location, generally 24/48 hours.
    Note: during holidays or for Islands and small locations, slight delays may occur.

  • Abroad: average delivery times 5 working days, varying by destination.

BRT Fermopoint

With the Fermopoint service, you can collect your order at one of the 6,600 BRT collection points throughout Italy (tobacconists, newsstands, bars, etc.).
During checkout, you can select the most convenient collection point and pick up your package within 3 days during the store's opening hours.

Communications and tracking

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link for the shipment.
You can also check the order status directly from your Account on Planethair.it.

Delivery to a different address

During the purchase process, you can specify a delivery address different from the billing address, for example, your work address or a trusted person's address.

Damaged or tampered package

All products are packaged with the utmost care.
If the package appears visibly damaged, we recommend that you:

  • Refuse delivery, or

  • Accept it with specific reservation for inspection, indicating to the courier that the package is damaged.

In case of failure to make a reservation, the courier will not recognize any damages and it will not be possible to proceed with a refund or replacement.

Shipping insurance

You can add shipping insurance at a variable cost.
In case of damage, your order will be reshipped free of charge and the damaged one will be collected by the courier.
