How to use :

  • Aromatherapy : Infuse a warm moist towel or pat on temples and wrists.
  • Massage : mix 3 or 4 drops in a massage oil or body moisturizer.
  • Bath : Mix 5 or 6 drops in the bath water.
  • Manicure or pedicure : mix 2-3 drops in the water.
