Certified Organic Tapioca and precious Vegetable Oils create suggestive color combinations. Vagheggi Eyeshadow Palette Eva contains very fine powders and pure pigments embellished with dermo-similar vegetable oils which increase the blendability of the product and which guarantee uniformity and hold .
