Is the right of withdrawal provided?

Yes.
Planthair guarantees a refund of the amount paid for purchased products.
Shipping and return collection costs remain at the customer's expense.


Limitations to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases, as provided by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code:

  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons, if opened after delivery.

  • Customized or tailor-made products.

The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging, complete with all accessories.
For sealed products, the manufacturer's seal must not be removed or damaged.


Terms for exercising the right of withdrawal

The buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
Beyond this deadline, it will not be possible to request a refund or replacement.


Return costs

Shipping costs for the return are at the customer's expense (Art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).

Planthair offers two options:

  • Planthair courier collection service: cost €7.50, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Independent shipping: the customer can choose their own courier, provided the package is trackable.


Return procedure

  1. Request the return from the website planthair.it.

  2. Send an email to clienti@planethair.it with:

    • Photo of the product and packaging;

    • Indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund.
      Wait for confirmation and return authorization.

  3. Carefully pack the products to prevent damage during transport.

  4. Include a copy of the order in the package.

  5. Ship the package to the following address:

    If you have requested Planthair collection, please specify the available days; the cost of €7.50 will be deducted from the refund.


Return deadlines

The return must be made within 14 days of receiving the package.


Defective or damaged products

In case of a defective or damaged product, send an email to clienti@planethair.it attaching:

  • Photos of the package and products;

  • Indicate if you accepted the package “subject to inspection” and a description of the damage.

Planthair will arrange for free collection and replacement.


Incorrect product

If you received a product different from the one ordered, send an email to clienti@planethair.it with photos of the package and its contents.
We will arrange for free collection and replacement.


Voluntary product replacement

If you wish to replace a product (not defective), the return and new shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
A home collection service is available at a cost of €7.50.
Shipping costs for the new order will follow standard sales conditions (free for purchases over €49).


Refund times

If the indicated procedure has been followed correctly, Planthair will process the refund within 10 working days of receiving the returned goods.
The refund will cover only the value of the purchased products, excluding shipping and collection costs (Art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree no. 185 of 22/05/1999).
