How to use:

• Gently massage the shampoo into wet hair and scalp. Leave it on for a few minutes. Rinse thoroughly. Repeat if necessary.
• To use the conditioner:

For normal hair: After shampooing, apply to scalp and towel-dried hair for optimal prevention results. Leave on for 3-5 minutes, comb through, and rinse. Proceed with drying.
For fine hair: It can also be used as a pre-shampoo treatment for a light conditioning effect, even for fine hair. In this case, apply to wet hair and scalp, leave for 3-5 minutes, then rinse and proceed with shampoo.
For normal to thick hair: For maximum conditioning results, apply the product as a pre-shampoo treatment and leave on for 3-5 minutes, then rinse. Follow with shampoo and, after rinsing, apply again for 3-5 minutes. Rinse and dry.
