Bleaching powder. An exclusive combination of bleaching pigments that can be used for safe and reliable lightening up to 7 tones, is suitable for all bleaching techniques. It can be used pure or mixed with other products from the Blondor range. Ideal for lightening dark bases (level 4–8).
For best results it is recommended to use a suitable oxidant, for example Welloxon Perfect. For professional use only.

STYLIST TIPS:
• Extra Cool Blonde is used mixed with Blondor Multi Blonde Powder
to create contrasts with a cold reflection.
• The maximum mixing ratio is 1:2 (eg 1 dose of Extra Cool Blonde : 2 doses of Multi Blonde Powder).
• Use Blondor Seal & Care after Extra Cool Blonde to neutralize the pH value, give structure to bleached hair and give blonde an extraordinary shine
• It is recommended not to mix Extra Cool Blonde with MAGMA.
